D and I actually met in person. In the above text chain, he’s referencing how we met up literally the night before our city declared all bars and restaurants go into total shut down.
The place where he and I met for a drink had a few owl statues behind the bar, which I pointed out to him as local landmarks. So he gets points for incorporating that little tidbit. Also we DEFINITELY DIDN’T TOUCH AT ALL per my instance. Back on March 14th, that mentality seemed paranoid and so he clearly felt the need to reference that as well. Also I don’t like hugs, so this has been a great reason to tell people not to touch me.
I would give this a B. It was clearly an afterthought, after an okay date. And, like I’ve said before, haiku’s are a cop-out.
